Getting Started

How do I create my first AI agent?

Creating your first agent is easy:

  • Sign in with your Google account
  • Click "Create New Agent"
  • Choose your industry (SaaS, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.)
  • Add your business information, FAQs, and custom instructions
  • Choose to use shared AI keys or bring your own
  • Get your embed code and paste it on your website!

The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

Do I need to know how to code?

No! SnapIT Agent is completely no-code. Just copy the embed code snippet and paste it into your website's HTML. That's it!

The embed code looks like this:

How quickly can I get my chatbot live?

Most users have their AI chatbot live in under 10 minutes! Here's the timeline:

  • Sign in: 30 seconds
  • Create agent: 3-5 minutes
  • Add embed code to website: 2 minutes
  • Test and launch: 2 minutes

When should I upgrade to a paid plan?

Consider upgrading when you:

  • Need more than 1 agent (for multiple websites/products)
  • Exceed 100 conversations per month
  • Want to use your own AI API keys for unlimited conversations
  • Need advanced analytics and insights
  • Require priority support
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you downgrade and have more agents than your new plan allows, you'll need to deactivate some agents before the change takes effect.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

When you approach your monthly conversation limit, we'll send you an email notification. Once you hit the limit:

  • Your chatbot will show a friendly message directing visitors to contact you directly
  • You can upgrade your plan to get more conversations immediately
  • Or wait until your next billing cycle when the counter resets

We'll never just shut off your chatbot without warning!

How does the AI know about my business?

When you create an agent, you provide:

  • Industry - Pre-trained knowledge for your sector
  • Business Information - Your pricing, features, services
  • Website/Docs/FAQ URLs - We'll reference these for answers
  • Custom Instructions - How you want the AI to behave

The AI combines all this context to provide accurate, helpful responses that sound like they're from your team!

Can the AI schedule appointments?

Appointment scheduling is coming soon! When available, you'll be able to:

  • Connect your Google Calendar or Calendly
  • Set available hours and time slots
  • Let the AI book appointments directly in chat
  • Send automatic confirmation emails
What languages does the AI support?

The AI can communicate in 50+ languages! It automatically detects the customer's language and responds accordingly. This works best when you provide your business information in multiple languages.

Can I customize the chatbot's appearance?

Yes! You can customize:

  • Brand color (set with data-color attribute)
  • Position (bottom-right, bottom-left)
  • Welcome message
  • Avatar/icon

Can I use my own OpenAI/Gemini API keys?

Yes! On the Starter plan and above, you can bring your own AI API keys. This gives you:

  • Unlimited conversations (you pay OpenAI/Gemini directly)
  • Choice of AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini Pro, etc.)
  • More control over costs

Or stick with our shared keys for simplicity - we handle everything!

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! We take security seriously:

  • All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
  • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (AWS)
  • No conversation data shared with third parties
  • You can delete your data anytime
  • GDPR compliant
